• CDFG highlights brand power in high-impact return to Hainan Expo fifth edition


    China Tourism Group (CTG) and its subsidiary China Duty Free Group (CDFG) once again made a high-profile appearance at the fifth edition of the China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo) held last week (13-18 April) in Haikou.

    Their return to the event was marked by a large and dynamic exhibition presence, showcasing a 600sq m open-concept booth at Hall 5 in the main exhibition area.

    The immersive space featured interactive showcases and experiential elements, reflecting the vibrant growth of China’s consumer market.

    The booth included dedicated zones for each product category, offering tailored displays and engaging experiences.

    Centred around the five-colour flower emblem of CTG, the exhibition space incorporated coral reef motifs, pillar structures and floral designs, creating a visually striking art installation.

    Staff were on hand to provide product demonstrations and guided experiences, allowing buyers and consumers to engage with CDFG’s offerings.

    With a consistent presence since the first Hainan Expo,CDFG showcased a curated mix of global brands, featuring high-end fragrances, luxury watches, fine wines and consumer electronics, reinforcing its retail leadership.

    At the Hainan Pavilion’s local products section, CDFG promoted nearly 50 trending items, including health-focused offerings from its CDF Wellness line. The company’s bestsellers showcase highlighted the link between exhibition and retail, providing seamless shopping opportunities.

    Aligned with China’s policies to boost the Hainan Free Trade Port,CDFG leveraged the expo’s global platform, backed by China Tourism Group’s resources, to foster partnerships, drive consumption and support high-quality industry growth.
